We post via Australia post and regular Airpost to New Zealand
Within Australia: All items are now send Flat rate EXPRESS (1-4 days depending on your location).New Zealand: regular post (up to 8 business days)
Small items under 3kg are Registered Post at a flat rate of (up to 8 business days depending on your location).
If your order hasn’t arrived within the above time frames, please contact us ASAP and we will track your order.

All data products, including eBooks, documents, PDF’s and all other products downloaded by the customer will be dealt with according to the terms stated in the sales letter or page.
If your item (purchased from our website) turns out to be the wrong size we will exchange for an other item or issue a credit for a later purchase. We will issue a FULL refund (including cost of postage) if the item is faulty or replace the item with no additional p&h charge. Items returned for a refund that are NOT faulty will be refund full price of item, LESS any FREE postage charges (that may have been offered) and will need to be returned at customers cost. Otherwise we are happy to issue a credit note.
ITEMS PURCHASED FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND MUST BE RETURNED AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
Please follow the returns procedure guidelines illustrated as follows; we will endeavor to make the exchange process as easy as possible.
We require notification for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement.

2. Send the item back to us, preferably using a recorded delivery method. All return postage is at your expense unless the product is faulty. We will take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
3. We will exchange/refund accordingly.
All goods for exchange must be returned in a re-sale-able condition, along with all labels, hang tags and all original packaging.
Please also include your receipt of payment, your contact details and returns number.
In terms of faulty or unwanted goods returned for a refund, on receipt of the goods we will refund your credit card within 30 days.
For all goods that are returned for exchange, please specify the product, size and colour that you require. If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&h charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will e-mail you with confirmation of agreement for exchange and notify you then if there will be an additional charge.
We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
