With 2700 wooded acres and a 144 acre, man- made lake, Two Mile Run is the perfect destination for a day long outing or a week long getaway.
There are picnic pavilions situated throughout the park; offering various levels of seclusion. Some are quite close to the lake and the amenities but others are set a bit further off the beaten path. While many of the picnic pavilions do not have electrical hookups, there are some that do. These are however, the first to be taken so reservations are recommended.

For the anglers, spending the day fishing on the lake will be a dream come true. Because at up to 65 feet deep, Two Mile Run Lake is home to a countless variety of game fish. There are also boat rentals available and easily accessible ramps if you bring your own boat.
Swimming isn’t allowed in most areas of the lake. However, Crosby Beach offers a great day in the sun for young and old alike. This sandy beach is a great way to keep the kids busy and with water safety in mind there is a full staff of lifeguards on duty. There are concession stands at the beach as well and everything is handicapped accessible.
With picnics, swimming, boating, and also fishing, there is never a shortage of things to do; there are even bridle paths for the equestrians in your group.
